Delivery & Returns
What are your UK delivery times?
Standard delivery is free and typically takes 3–5 working days via Evri.
Do you deliver to all UK postcodes?
We deliver to mainland UK addresses. We currently do not ship to remote areas or offshore islands to keep our shipping free for all customers.
How do I return a product?
Please contact us on m.uddin22@hotmail.co.uk with your order number. As per our policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
What is your refund process?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
